[VAC] Bismarck Rally

I'm planning to swing through Bismarck this Saturday/Sunday (July 1/2), and
was hoping to visit the Rally site. Will it be readily apparent whom I
should contact when I arrive, re: WBCCI and VAC membership? I've only just
brought my 20' 1949 (Clipper?), serial #5017 home for restoration...
