[VAC] nother request for ID# info

I would like to know any info related to my 61 Tradewind ID# 240361T. It has 
always seemed strange that the no. was so short, because I figured the 24 
refered to length and the 61 was year so the 03 is the only unaccounted for 
number, or am I looking at it all wrong.    Thanks,  Phil
