Considerations when buying a refrigerator:
1-If you want it to fit where the old one
is located, get the EXACT same size. That
may dictate what brand you buy.
2-If you want a different size, then
measure your space available. That may
dictate what brand you buy. But, add
the woodwork modifications to the
price of the refrigerator.
3-Replacement of everything but the
refrigerator doors and box cost us
$1500 and has a two year guarantee.
We chose this option because we did
not want to modify any of the woodwork,
we liked the interior layout of our
refrigerator, we wanted to keep it
and we couldn't find any objective
comparisons showing a "statistically
significant difference" between any
of the brands being sold for RVs.
Keep looking, you may see a feature
you really, really want and then
the decision will be made.
