I've got the new cover up there on the first one I took apart with a
weight on it to hold it down. I think I'm going to research the plastics
end of it first, and then find my Pop Rivet gun. either way I still have
to install the mounting rails in what ever cover I end up using.

The plastics part is the thing I'm really interested in researching, As
in what kind of plastic to use that will let light in but not the UV
that will obliterate the Ceiling fan mount which is plastic.

I've already contacted Charlie Burke, and will give his company a call
on Wednesday. I'll add this to the question list concerning parts
available.

I'm afraid I'm a little more pessimistic than your are, I think I'll
just use it a few times in order to get to know thing a bit better
before making any judgments.

Thanks for the help So Far.
