Blue flame was the engine, it's a Blue Flame 6. I believe they came with 3 -
1 barrel, side-draft, carburators and had around 230 horse power. Probably
only a few thousand made in '54. If you go to Muscle Car Magazines Web Site,
they can probably tell you the poor, average, to good condition value range,
I don't know the link. Or call Memory Lane Motors at 503/231-1940, and they
should be able to give you an idea. Classic car prices really fluctuate with
the strength of the economy, mint condition and original, it's got to be in
the $40 to $50K range maybe more.
