from the looks of it. label wise, anyway, vulkem is an isocyanate/polyurethane caulk. Is vulkem somehow better then other polyurethane caulks? I just used a tube of 3M 5200 marine adhesive/sealant  because I had not found vulkem. As far as boaters say this caulk is extremely powerful stuff.
