There is a difference. We bought a new gas JennAir and the fittings are
different depending upon whether you use propane (the big tank out back) or
natural "gas." I am not sure the difference, but there is one. So do not
assume they are the same.

what's the difference between the natural gas piped into the house from the
power and gas company, and the bottled propane we use in the a/s? do these
require different regulators/hoses/fittings? different secondary products?
i've spent the past hour surfing the net trying to answer this question, no
luck.
closest i've got is some sort of industry site where they want you to
register to ask/answer questions....
