These are WBCCI membership numbers and you can get them replaced by
contacting WBCCI for about $5.00 (provided you are a member of course).
Usual way of removing is to heat with a hair dryer and peel off. This can
take a little time I am told but don't burn your aluminum. Another
method is a hot iron on a cloth placed on numbers. After letters come
off you still may have glue residue to remove Try something like "Oops"
(walMart) or an orange based cleaner. Be careful you don't damage your
clearcoat removing the residue. After you get numbers removed you will
probably have shadow of the numbers which won't come off which is the
result of the finish under the trailer being protect by the numbers and
the rest of the trailer finish changing color just enough. Pasting new
numbers over these shadows eliminates this problem.
