Ask the service advisor at Ford. I'd say run it a few hundred miles at
varying speeds, mostly slow to begin with and then go home gently 45 to
50 mph with the Bambi behind. Change the oil after those few hundred
miles, but learn to do it yourself to no longer trust Jiffylube.
