Thanks for the "how to". I am in the process right now. I don't have the
white rivits and if we don't find them, a touchup with white paint may be
in order. I put a new 6 gallon Atwood water heater in yesterday evening.
Got it all done except for an elusive gas connection fitting. I also found
it much easier to bring the feed line up through the bottom of the new
heater than use their predrilled hole. The old stainless steel cover looks
like it may fit. I will check that out this evening. Thanks again! Alot of
great information being dispensed here.
