As for the stuff, here is the recipe:
1. assemble children
2. rent large industrial dumpster
3. prepare to throw most of it out, coached by children. If they want it
they take it. ( usually you are saving it for ...them, maybe ?
Salvation Army/Goodwill will come with a truck and you can deduct it.
Tag sales are a waste of time.
Plan B throw in a grenade and run like hell.
