My 1969 has a vent that size. I also need a replacement cover. The original
is translucent white plastic that looks like nylon or polypropelyne. It is
riveted to lifters that are on small jackscrews that allow either end to be
lifted. The lifters work very well. It cracked when the molding stuck.
