Michael,
 You need a "Receiver" mounted on your tow vehicle, and it must be rated
at least Class 3. You'll then want an equalizing hitch of some sort such
as EZ-Lift, Reese, or other. It may or may not come with a sway control,
different manufacturers use different schemes.
