You can put 1 ton capacity springs on your Suburban as I have on my 89 and
85. Works great and really chaeaper than adding one leaf. If you have a
3.91 ratio rear end, you should have no problem in towing. Richmond offers
a gear set in 3.91 ratio that can handle it just fine....
