Color me silly. :-)
I had the opportunity to use my horn on the way home. The horn ring on the steering wheel doesn't work so I have a button mounted under the dash. Well, the horn won't work either. I looked at the fuse again and it looked fine, but when I removed the fuse it broke. I replaced the fuse and now the horn and wipers work. Thanks for everyone's help! I feel sheepish bothering the list when I really should have checked the fuse good the first time around.
