Thanks again Bill,
The switches I have are round with a single wire with which I can crimp
a connection. They are not push in, rather need to be put in the place with
a nut holding the whole thing in place. I figure those are not genuine.
Maybe aftermaket replacement items.
Will search around for pics of this older style swicth on the net now.

no screws on older style. you pull the wire out the round hole and it into
switch,it gets pinched in place, and then push switch into round hole.
