You didn't change any connectors did you? I had a problem like this kinda,
i.e. every time I turned on the lights I would blow I believe the third fuse.
Come to find out I had put the wrong type of connector to the license plate
light. I know this is a little different but reminded me of my chasing an
electrical problem on restoring a 70 years ago.> From: [EMAIL PROTECTED]> To:

[vintagvw] '72 Beetle Electrical short> > Doing some testing on the right rear
tail light I caused a small spark. Now my right rear tail light, parking lights
and license plate light do not work. I have looked on the wiring diagram and
found those lights are all on the same circuit. I have checked the fuses at the
fuse box. A Hanes book suggests there are 2 fuses on the tail light wire from
left to right. I can not seem to find them. Also, My brake light switches seem
to be bad. I'm going to replace them. That is also o!
n the same circuit, but had the tail lights and others working before I made
the spark. Any thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated.> > Damon.>
