Ghia seats rails are farther apart, as the floorpan is wider. Also, the seat botttom is lower; your butt's a few inches closer to the floor in a Ghia. Definitely not a straight swap job, if that's what you were considering. Also, I don't believe that the KG ever got the later Beetle's 3-point mounts, either.
