Shuffle pins are put in to help locate and case and keep the halves from
sliding around on each other. A new case won't do this, a worn one will.
Shuffle pins are a band-aid for a problem. You could get away doing it on a
stock engine that you drive like a grandma and put 100 miles on a year but
for a daily driver, just don't do it.
