Repost after it is determined what is available- I may have something.  Sad to
say but I know I have a lot of the Super reservoirs, but they are different.

Bert,
Yours would be a small, translucent, oval-shaped reservoir held by black
plastic pegs thru 2 of the lug holes in the spare tire, with the filler neck
protruding out thru the center hole of the wheel.
It's 'powered' by pressurised air using a special cap with a short hose
connected to the spare tire's valve stem. It's made to stop taking air once
the
tire pressure goes below a cetain amount; so as to leave you with a usable
spare
tire (at the sacrifice of a usable washer).
It then connects to the wiper switch valve (actuated by depressing the center
of the black plastic knob insert), and then goes out to the nozzle.
I'll look to see if Ihave any of these parts on hand......

  Volks,

I'm going for as original-as-possible in restoring my 1970. It has no
windshield-washer reservoir; I found none in my trusty West Coast Metric
 =2
0catalog, but found two options in the Mid-America Motorworks catalog. One
is a "universal" kit -- nothihg like the original -- and the other mounts,
it says, inside the fender, not where the original bottle was mounted behind
  the spare wheel.

Is there not a look-alike replacement kit available on the market? Anybody
know of one? My (correct) nozzles and tubing are in place, but no switch,
  pump or reservoir.

  Bert
