Why not just cobble something up? If I recall correctly, it's just a piece of semi-rigid tube that connects various tank vents, and is run high to prevent siphoning or some such. Nothing magic.

Unless, of course, this is a 'concours' restoration...then, you've probably got to hope for a junkyard find. Check these guys:
