Volks,

I've acquired a pair of some Hella horns, apparently early-70s vintage. The
lower one works fine; the higher one just goes "tink" and draws a huge
current -- makes one suspect an internal short, or points that don't open.
Its case is screwed together, not riveted, so it ought to be fixable.

Can anybody recommend a shop with a good track record in
repairing/refurbishing old Hella horns? Mine carries a VW part number (it's
181 951 217, making me assume it came from a Type 181 ("Safari" or "Thing,"
depending on your market). I've opened horns up in the past, but never been
able to get them to work afterward. I need some folks who know what they're
doing.
