Congrats, Erin! By the way, check your Buskatiers mail. I sent an invite for a
non-official FYBO campout over New Year's Eve.

Thanks Bert and Randy! I guess I failed to notify the list about it. I'm
more active on the Buskatier listserv and we all had a jolly time at
Bustoberfest this year. Enid, my wife, just really enjoyed being there and
experiencing a VW campout.

I got your email on facebook Bert about me playing ukelele. I've been
playing guitar since 1987 and although I'm far from being a virtuoso, all
the things you learn on guitar can be applied to most other stringed
instuments that are plucked.

I miss how busy the lists used to be, but I think it was simply the
fascination with a new medium that was quick about providing up to date
answers to problems that most people took days and weeks to figure out. I
think most people use facebook and web forums for their communication and in
some ways, it's better, but I still love the old simple text way of
communicating. It's like the person who still loves writing letters despite
being able to email.

I guess I'm just simple and I like keeping things simple. I guess VWs and
email go hand in hand.

If anyone is interested, look up my youtube videos. Erin Lassley is the
keywords and that'll get you my vids. Thanks!

Erin
