Volks, Binz & Co. is an old German coachwork firm that's been around for several generations. They specialize in ambulances, hearses, rescue trucks, police vans, and other large-body conversions. Back in the 1960s -- before Mercedes-Benz came up with their T-series "station wagon" bodies -- Binz made a station wagon body conversion on a stretched MB 220 chassis.
Didn't know they ever made a scooter. Amazing. I knew they made them for about 4 years, and I never thought I'd ever see one. It didn't go for a tremendous amount of money either. It was made by the same Binz company that made the crew cabs. Anyone else see that? Erin _______________________________________________ vintagvw site list [email protected] http://lists.sjsu.edu/mailman/listinfo/vintagvw
