John, I haven't been on the list nearly as long as Erin, but I do see that
you deserve a huge thankew (or is that a dankeschön?) for doing yeoman's
duty in keeping this list well housed and cared for.
Let's hope that GoogleGroups proves to be as reliable a host as SJSU has
been. So many places are trying to turn list hosting into a profit center
that the messages get lost in the ads and promotions. Let's hope for the
best.

discontinuing the Mailman e-mail list service by the end of this month, and

preferences.
Website references: if you maintain a website which refers to VintagVW,

Message archiving: on November 13th the folks at mail-archive.com will
merge our existing archive into the new archive
