Gilbert Sy Chan is the guy who designed (and printed) a logo for this group: an “@” sign in a white oval. He printed some; I still have a few. I have a land address for him but have lost his e-mail address.
Asad Ishaque is alive and well, has a Euro 1968 beetle, and we correspond occasionally. Adrian Jenkins, in New Zealand, no longer has a VW since his ’70 got totaled. I have some pieces from his old car – they live on in my Copbug. Does anyone know what became of Don Garies’ long-suffering 1949 Hebmüller? He passed away in Dallas shortly after I last spoke with him, about 7 years ago or so.
