You may need to call your wireless provider that is what I had to do with A T & T.

I was going to check voicemail today, got a couple in the queue I need to deal with, and the phone puts me into old fashion voicemail that's not the visual stuff. I have restored a backup from a previous 4S because the old one was broke and went back to Apple. I entered my pin into the settings when I realized that the backup didn't hold that, but now in the phone settings, there's not even the change pin option. Am I stuck factory resetting and having more security keys lost again? Paypal is going to think something suspicious of me because I like to use the extra factor and I'm "losing" a lot of keys, one from going from 4 to 5 on the Touch, a couple restoring from apps going nuts, now I have a different device, etc, so I need to minimize the restoring.
