Hi Rick, All it does is replace sprint voicemail with google voicemail. It doesn't do anything to your numbers. I keep my sprint number and my google voice number separated. The GV number is for business and the sprint number for friends and family. I just prefer the google voicemail over sprints. I like the voice transcription which has seem to have gotten a little better.
