This sounds like a good app. The cost is $.99 and should be okay if it works. I 
thought that I remember seeing that there was a way to toggle things like 
Bluetooth and Wi-Fi without having to jailbreak. The method was free and 
accessible. I just don't remember what it was. I believe that it involves 
making some bookmark widgets from safari.
