Hello, Viber works fine on 3g. It has some major accessibility complications. You cannot read texts. You cannot read the names of the people who you can connect with. You can see the letter which precedes each group of buttons. You can make a call by double-tapping on a button, but you cannot end the call because VO cannot see the end call button.
The sound quality for calls is excellent - better than MagicJack, but you can only call other Viber users. I use it because I have a friend who uses it. I know how to contact my friend, but only with voice calls.
