With such a large number of accounts and emails, you might want to take
a look at an app called: eMailGanizer Pro - email reader for people who
use mail folders
Assuming that your email accounts use IMAP or Exchange, this is a very
powerful and feature-rich tool.
It is also fully accessible with VoiceOver, and the developer has
demonstrated a commitment to keeping it this way.
