There are a number of questions. Which one fails? a. Enter password: Should pop up keyboard and allow you to enter the password for the iTunes store
b. If you have not recently updated your credit card number and terms of service, they wlll ask for this. Sometimes it is very repetitive. Is this where the problem lies?
