True, but that doesn't mean there can't be bugs in the bluetooth stack that malware could take advantage of. There have been security issues with bluetooth in general and on the iPhone in particular. of course, you could also get a worm on your phone through some other means that could then open your phone up for other attacks via bluetooth. I posted a few links to this list a few days ago on security concerns with bluetooth in general and some of the security vulnerabilities that were found in older versions of the iPhone.
