Hi there. It's a good chance that most of the apps here on this list
will be Voice Over accessible. Especially if they are recommended and
especially if the person doesn't indicate otherwise. *smile*. In any
case, you simply tap the button to begin your dictation and when you are
finished, you tap the button to stop and then you can send out the text
or email or update your social network status. Vlingo has a few other
features and is a great app.

I use V Dictation, and I don't think Dragon is all that bad. It doesn't
talk during the first screen, but you just double tap and start talking,
and the rest is accessible. I also have Vokul and Vlingo.
