Good evening all. I have a UDirect which is a device warn around the neck which 
sends audio through your hearing aids via bluetooth. I have had this device 
connected through my iPhone for about 8 months now. All of a sudden over the 
last couple of days this device will not connect automatically. Every time I 
want to connect it, I have to go in to bluetooth, find the device, inter the 
passcode again & then it connects. However, when it reconnects, there is no 
audio routed through the device. No voiceover, no phone calls, can be answered, 
etc. If I place a phone call, the audio is then routed. If it is turned off. 
It's back to square 1. Just wondering if anyone knows of any audio settings, 
etc that perhaps got damaged in some way? Any other thoughts, ideas? Thanks in 
advance for anyone's help
