But I would imagine that you'd be able to do so if you've got an iPad and access to wifi. That or you can look into Magic jack perhaps. I guess you could also buy a Skype telephone number too. If all else fales, how about posting a status update or message via Facebook if you and those who you need to contact are in fact on FB?
