Thanks for the tips. I have been trying to use these methods, but with no
success when in a document in, say, iLike2Read. perhaps someone who has this
app and a few minutes to spare, could give it a whirl and see if the usual
keyboard select commands will work for them? I haven't tried it in, say,
iBooks, but seem to remember not being able to select and copy text there in
the past. I do know how to edit using the keyboard when writing an email etc,
but it just doesn't seem to work in certain applications.
