Apple TV is pretty self-explanatory and intuitive in my opinion. Just click around with the remote and get familiar with the interface. You'll find netflix there and a whole lot of other stuff, including apple's propriatory Movie, TV, and other channels.
One little glichy area you may need to address is a problem some have encountered when streaming netflix, and which is solved by changeing some of the settings under network setup. If you have problems, give a yell to the list and someone (probably me) will give you more info. I use netflix all the time and it works great.
