Chris, this does occur with or without voiceover. It occurs with everyone I know who has upgraded to version 5.1, two.
Someone try getting word out of Apple about this even being a problem. In the hundreds of articles I read every week, I have never seen one of the Fan Children even mention it happening, let alone asking Apple what to do about it, when. Hey, it is just apple being apple, and if you even notice the problem, you aren't trying hard enough to live in their reality.
