I had to have sighted assistance to get past the initial screen, but once 
signed up, I have been able to use the app though I havenot done so in the 
past couple of weeks.  My recollection was that I was using the three 
fingers up at the bottom of the page to flip to the next article, but maybe 
the three fingers right and left works, too.

I think you're supposed to 3 fing3er swipe left to go to the next page on 
the right at this point.

I was able to select the sign up button and do the process on my iPad.
