Sharon, after you've chosen the format of the book you wish, did you choose Add to Cart? If you did you should be taken to a screen which shows the book you've selected, quantity and price. You can either continue shopping or proceed to check out. Now I encountered a problem in completing my order, as I forgot my password, and my cart was emptied when I tried to re-order. Fortunately, I wrote down my password, so I was able to complete my order for the book. Good luck.
