Hello Hope,

I am a very happy Time Warner customer.  

As I understand it as of 2 months ago, the iPHone app does not allow
television viewing or DVR scheduling.  I spoke to several techs at the
company who informed me that such features only exist on the iPad version of
the app.  

Have you downloaded the app, recently, and do you see such options?

I currently do not have the app on my iPhone.
