Guys, while I agree there is no built in help on the phone or most of the apps, if you all spend time reading the manual, which is in one of Safari's bookmarks, then I no doubt think you will get very far with the iDevice. The manual can be accessed by going to Safari, then double tapping on bookmarks, and the manual is in there. Once opened, double tap on the "for VoiceOver users click here" link to open an accessible version designed for VoiceOver users. For quickness you can even add this to your home screen by double tapping the utilities button then double tap add to home screen. Give it a name or leave it at the default and double tap add to home screen.
Just some friendly advice from an iPhone 4 user.
