Jenn- Are you starting with the focus on the iPhone in the treeview? When I start from there and tab, I'm not getting that info- just some fields that say 'read only' which JAWS cannot read. I'm having to use the JAWS cursor to look over that cluttered multi-column layout screen.
I also notice that the screen always stops reporting with time remaining on the progress or saying 'step x of x' instead of saying 100% or anything I can recognize as complete. Sometimes I see a '?Done' button, but nothing seems consistent from one time to the next. I'm having more issues now than last year, and am not sure why. What I do is find the volume button by tabbing around, then I tab a couple more times, and it will say downloading one item or two items. Tab again, and I can find out how long it takes to download.
