HIARCS is not and as far as I can determine will ever be accessible. I tried working with the developer on/off for over a year and I just got the usual "I'm going to work on that, but". Which in the end was pretty much telling me "I'm not going to do it." So, if you want to try contacting him Mark to see if he would still consider making it accessible, good luck. This was one of the first chess apps I purchased and I keep it around as a reminder like with Documents To Go as examples of where some deves will blow so much smoke you get anal emphysema.
