No iRinger limits you to 30 seconds and you can export to iTunes by
clicking the export ringtone button and checking a box.

Very wonderful program really, but how will I put this ring tone on my I
tunes? And I think we can make it more than 30 seconds?

I just use a combination of iRinger and iTunes on my PC. I tried an app
called Ringtone Remix, but it doesn't install the tones on the phone.

I believe I have heard discussion about a program that can make ringtones

anyone? If not, what are folks using to make ringtones these days?
