I haven't tried this app so can't tell you whether it will be
accessible. If you buy it and it turns out not to be accessible you
can always request a refund from Apple. I've done this once, and they
had no problem refunding me the $.99 I spent on an inaccessible app.
If you buy the app and have to request a refund do to a lack of
accessibility I suggest you do it a day or two after you receive the
itunes receipt. Apple cannot refund the purchase until they send out
the receipt and charge it to your account. I assume if you waited
several weeks before requesting a refund you might have issues with
Apple refunding a purchase but when I requested a refund within a week
of receiving the receipt I had no issues.
