To begin with those functions you have to press the hide keypad button down in the bottom right of the screen while in a call but not while another one is coming in and then you will get buttons for other functions on the screen where the keypad was. I do not know exactly what sequence of double tapping those you do to create a conference call though, but could probably figure it out through experimenting. I would not experiment at the time I actually needed it unless in the trap of having to. Someone here might know the exact way to do these things, or anyone wanting know might be able to figure it out. The manual, which is very easy to access through bookmarks within safari on the IPhone might have something to say about it that may or may not be helpful.
