Hi, remember that when you are on a phone call, the proximity sensor is
enabled when the phone is close to your face so that no buttons are
accidentally pressed. If you move the phone away from your face, the
buttons will be enabled and it will switch to speaker phone as well.
Look around the bottom of the screen and you should see the end call
button as well as either the hie keypad or show keypad button.
Hope this helps.

I haven't tried searching for that button specifically but I will next
time it happens. In fact, sometimes the entire screen seems to go
silent and no matter where I touch or flick VO doesn't speak.

When this happens, have you tried flicking/swiping around the screen
to find a show/hide keypad button?

Hi Everyone,
When I call someone in my contacts list (even if I manually dial the
number), my phone displays the contact info but not the keypad. This
doesn't happen all the time, so I'm not sure what I may be doing
wrong.
Any help is appreciated.
