I don't believe so, I downloaded it and I am using an iPhone 4. I wanted to see why it said it only would work with the iPhone 4S and the iPad 2 or higher. about half way through the tutorial the audio starts to get very choppy and even locks up in a few spots, the game developer says in the description that they are working out the bugs in the game so it will work on the older devices, or atleast thats the way I understood the comment at the end of the description.
